Online Experience:
I found Nature Hills Nursery to have a very
clean, uncluttered and well designed website. This sort of
site design, in my opinion, really enhances the shopping experience.
While Nature Hills Nursery carries nearly
every plant species imaginable, I was especially impressed
by their tree selection. Over 151
different varieties at the time of this writing. This is by
far the best selection of trees I've encountered
on the Internet.
One aspect of Nature Hills Nursery I found quite useful was
their Q & A Library, which contains answers
to over 28,000 questions on every imaginable
plant and gardening problem. I typed in "when
to plant tulips" in the search box and was immediately
rewarded with a helpful answer with the title "Planting
A Tulip Garden."
My only criticism of Nature Hills Nursery is their complicated
"Guarantee," which says they will replace plants
that die within the first year, but only if there is excessive
loss, which is defined to be over 40% of the order.
That said, Nature Hills is listed with BBBOnline. I checked
out their Better Business Bureau Report, which, at the time
of this writing, gave them a satisfactory (highest) rating
with no unresolved customer issues reported.
Overall, I'm very impressed with my Nature
Hills Nursery buying experience. I give them a 4.5 flower
rating:
